Underneath Driver Seat Carpet

Ok i have what sounds to be a popping and a tiny little thump type noise on my driver side floorboard when turning at a stop sign or like turning.

Are you sure it s under the carpet and not inside the vent that i presume is under the seat like on 1st gens and many other vehicles. Wet driver s side floor under mat ok so i have looked all over the internet searching for others with a similar problem and had some success but nothing has worked. H1 and body copy.
