Stainless steel series cylinders are shipped with plated steel pivot pins as standard. Featuring a precision rolled body construction this line is designed for long life leak free low maintenance performance. This smc double acting cj2 series air cylinder has a compact body basic style mounting and rubber cushioning to absorb kinetic energy and reduce noise during operation. The compact stainless steel round and crimp cylinders are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and reliability in a small durable and configurable package.

Stainless steel flat 1 cylinders are designed specifically for applications that require compact cylinders that will be exposed to frequent corrosive wash down as is common in a number of industries such as food and beverage health and beauty or medical applications. They re dimensionally interchangeable with bimba and parker cylinders. The c05 actuator is available in double acting bores ø12 to ø63mm and c05s in single acting bores ø8 to ø63mm.

Sintered bronze pivot bushings are available as an alternative standard option. Providing superior corrosion resistance these cylinders have an aluminum barrel a polished chrome plated stainless steel piston rod and stainless steel tie rods.
